Fellowship Church is an elder-led church. We believe this structure of church leadership is modeled after the New Testament church.

According to 1 Peter 5:2-3, elders are called to care for God’s people and lead them. A biblical elder is happy to serve and sets a good example to the ones they lead. They are not greedy or power hungry. Our elders have been invited to serve based on these and other guidelines found in Scripture. To be invited they must model maturity in faith and godliness and must also be affirmed by the church body.
